Cost Per Lead (CPL)

The Affiliate shall be entitled to receive, with respect to each calendar month during the Term, an affiliate commission per Qualified Lead if the following conditions are met in full:

• Minimum pay out is 250 USD

• Leads must have verified their profile inside the portal (gained a “verified status” badge)

• The Qualified Lead must be within ninety (90) days of registration

• 25% of Qualified Leads must become status “Approved” with the ninety (90) days, passing KYC and AML checks to valid the Affiliate Fee.

Commission

• Tier 1 Qualified Lead is 5 USD

• Tier 2 Qualified Lead is 3 USD

Example:

100 Tier 1 registrations. With 25% (25+) or more leads gaining status Approved within ninety (90) days of registration date, the Affiliate Fee is 100 X 5.00 = 500 USD

Cost Per Action (CPA)

The Affiliate shall be entitled to receive, with respect to each calendar month during the Term, an affiliate commission per Qualified Trader and if the following conditions are met in full:

• Minimum pay out is 250 USD
• Maximum clients during first 30 days is 50
• Traders must be fully Approved
• The Trader must be within one hundred and eighty (180) days of registration
• Minimum deposit per Client is USD 500 (or equivalent)
• Average deposits USD 1,000 (or equivalent)
• Minimum USD 1,000,000 in volume (10 lots) from closed trades
• Minimum 10 closed trades
• 5% of Approved Clients must become Qualified Traders during payment period

Commission

Tier 1 Qualified Trader is 400 USD

Tier 2 Qualified Trader is 200 USD

Example:

100 Approved clients. 10 Tier 1 clients become Qualified Traders (10%). With the conditions met, the Affiliate Fee is 10 x 400 = USD 4,000

Clients who move through the NAGA Achievements funnel, will qualify the Partner for additional bonuses:

The maximum Affiliate Fee available is therefore:

Second Tier (Sub Affiliate) Commission Plan

Under this plan, the Affiliate shall be entitled to receive, with respect to each calendar month during the Term, an affiliate commission based on the withdrawn Affiliate Fee paid to referred second tier Partners, and if the following conditions are met in full:

Minimum pay out is 250 USD

Second Tier Partners must be fully Approved

The Second Tier Partner has made an Approved Withdrawal of their Affiliate Fee

Second Tier is 10%

Example:

5 second tier Partners. 2 withdraw 500 USD each in commission. With the conditions met, the Affiliate Fee is (2 X 500) X 10% = 100 USD

Achievement Bonus

Bonuses earned by second tier affiliates also qualify for the 10% payment. The Second Tier plan is available by default to all Online Affiliates.
